Last Halloween, Cairo's newest venue, Glasshouse, was on fire. Both the vibes and costumes were on point and effort was noted. We'd have to admit, if we had a say on who the Best Costume prize goes to, then kudos to the guys who showed up as the Powerpuff Girls. You, boys, won Halloween 2019!
